Job Vacancy: Office Administrator

We are looking for a new team member to join our unique charity that is peer led and focussed on the wellbeing of its members and service users. We are looking to employ a person or persons to cover 22.5 hours a week to be responsible for office administration for the charity. The Salary will be £20,000 – 22,500 per annum pro rata depending on experience.

About Changes Bristol mental health charity

Changes Bristol is a mental health charity that provides a service to those suffering mental distress in greater Bristol. Our core services provide free weekly peer support meetings and befriending for one-to-one support that are open access with no referral necessary, and where the support is there for as long as people need it.

We’re a a rapidly growing organisation who’s service is increasingly recognised throughout the Bristol area as an essential service for it’s residents in tackling mental illness through peer support.

The role of the Office Administrator is seen as key to the future success of the organisation to allow the management team to concentrate on growing our services over the coming years. Could this role be the right fit for you?

The recruitment process

After the closing date on Thursday 1st July 2020 at 5pm we will assess all the applications received and compile a shortlist of candidates. If you are chosen on the shortlist you will be invited for an interview most probably via Zoom within the following 14 days. The interview will last approximately an hour.

Those successful in the first round of interviews will then be invited for a less formal meeting that will take place in person.
